Four Position Cell Chamber *This example of fluorescence uses the sister monochromator as its excitation source.  The sister monochromator is fitted with a 450 watt xenon arc lamp.  The light exits to the mid plane PMT. **This example of fluorescence uses the RSM fitted with a 150 watt xenon arc lamp as its excitation source.  The light exits into an emission PMT. This four position cell holder employs a linear shuffling mechanism along with a diagonal geometry which permits use with both absorbance and fluorescence.  The design provides access to clear apertures on all four sides of the cell.  Also included are provisions for magnetic stirring of all four cell holders and temperature control of the entire unit by means of external circulating water.  Purchase of this unit would include enhanced features in the software to support motorized movement of the cell changer.
